HOW TO ORDER

1) Email us:

• your crest or logo in Adobe Illustrator (or .EPS) format with
• the font name of your text
• the Pantone number(s) of your crest/logo and text
• specify Pantone colour combinations (maximum of 3) for the material you would like your items to be made of. There is no extra charge for 3 colour combinations.

If you are not familiar with computer graphics, your graphic designer for your other promotional material will be able to provide the files and pantone numbers required.
If you are unable to supply the proper digital file, a $50 fee has to be charged to pay our designers for graphic processing to create or convert art to vector based format.
Please note that art in other formats (e.g. .PDF, .JPG, .BMP, .TIF, .GIF and other bitmap images) are not suitable to process and therefore cannot be accepted.

2) We will then email you:

• the proof image of the finished graphic for your approval

3) As soon as you approve of your graphics and we have received a 50% deposit of the sale price for non existing customers, production commences.

MATERIAL COLOURS AVAILABLE

We use the internationally recognised Pantone colour code system to ensure you have the exact colour you specify for your product.

If your colour is not listed here please contact us regarding your requirements.

Colours are a representation only.

ORDER QUANTITY

Minimum of 100 units and multiples of 6 thereafter (except tents). We are able to satisfy orders for smaller quantities (units of 6), however due to manufacturing costs for smaller quantities, an additional charge per unit is applicable. Please contact us for details.

TENTS:
Minimum order for tents is 3 (no multiples required). Please note that a one off set up charge of $50 per colour applies.

All prices ex Brisbane warehouse. Freight charges will be added to the quote.

PAYMENT PROCEDURE

A non refundable deposit of 50% of the sale price is required up front for all non existing customers. Production for custom orders cannot begin until the deposit is received. Remaining invoice balance is due upon delivery.
Payment method can be cheque, money order or order number and made payable to Boleh logo Pty. Ltd. Account details will be provided when order is placed.

LEAD TIME

All products are made overseas.

As soon as the graphics approval and 50% deposit for non existing customers is received, production is commenced. Allow 10 to 12 weeks during peak season of summer and autumn.

Due to time variation of offshore logistics, Boleh! – logo cannot guarantee an exact delivery date. All orders are shipped as soon as possible.

LIMITED WARRANTY

Boleh! – Logo Pty. Ltd. warrants its products against manufacturer – only defects in material or craftsmanship for a period of 1 year. Please read our policy carefully with its restrictions and requirements. In the event of defect, the product may be replaced. Limited warranty does not cover damage resulting from accident, misuse, abuse, negligence or normal wear and tear.

Queensland. Include our item number, a copy of the dated receipt of delivery, a detailed description of the problem along with your address and telephone number. At the discretion of Boleh! – logo Pty. Ltd., you may either receive a replacement product or be asked to transport product prepaid to Boleh! – logo Pty. Ltd., for our inspection and determination and/or possible repair. Replacement or repair as provided by this limited warranty is our exclusive remedy to the consumer and does not place Boleh! – logo Pty. Ltd. liable for any incidental or consequential damages.
